What should I do if my order arrives with damages or issues?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
What is your policy for returns and exchanges in case I need to return an item?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How long does it typically take for an order to be processed and shipped?
All orders take approximately 2-7 business days to process before shipping.
Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
How can I access the order tracking information?
You will receive a shipping confirmation through email when your order has been processed and shipped.
You can use the tracking number in the email to track the status of your order.
